How to remove woothemes updater warning

To remove Woothemes updater / license activation warning, you can use this plugin : WP Hide Plugin Updates and Warnings

After download and activate this plugin :

1. Click WP HIDE menu
2. Turn on Hide Warnings and Hide Updates
3. Click Save
